Every good commercial relationship rests on both sides holding up their end. Below are the Terms that govern the relationship between Osvaldo Espinoza ("we") and any visitor or customer of cabzk6-c1.myshopify.com ("you").

Each topic is organized around two questions: What we commit to and What we ask of you.

By using the site or placing an order, you accept these Terms.

What we commit to: We serve customers of legal age to enter contracts under U.S. law.

What we ask of you: You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or acting with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Account security

What we commit to: We protect the account infrastructure of the store, follow reasonable security practices, and respond promptly if you report unauthorized activity.

What we ask of you: You keep your login credentials confidential, take responsibility for activity conducted under your account, and notify us at osvaldoe201@outlook.com or +1 763-232-3019 if you suspect a breach.

Placing an order

What we commit to: We accept your order by emailing an order confirmation. Before that email is sent, we may decline the order for reasons such as stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms. Where we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

What we ask of you: You accept that a submitted order is your offer to buy — and that no contract exists until we send our acceptance.

Prices and payment

What we commit to: All prices are stated in U.S. dollars. The price displayed at checkout is the price we honor for that order. Where an obvious pricing error appears, we cancel and refund rather than fulfill at the wrong price.

What we ask of you: You pay at checkout through the methods offered, and you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you choose.

Shipping and returns

What we commit to: We ship every order free of charge, in 1 to 3 business days, with tracking. Details are in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are addressed in our Return and Refund Policy.

What we ask of you: You review those policies before ordering, and treat them as part of these Terms.

Product descriptions

What we commit to: We describe each piece of clothing accurately — real photographs, honest measurements, useful materials information.

What we ask of you: You accept that small variations in color, texture, or finish — from screen differences or from natural materials — are normal and not defects.

Our content

What we commit to: We protect the content on the site — text, photography, illustrations, code, layout, and the "Osvaldo Espinoza" name. U.S. copyright and trademark law applies to all of it.

What we ask of you: You may browse, share links, and save pages for personal reference. Without our written consent, you may not reproduce content commercially, use our brand assets in your business, scrape or mirror the site, or modify and redistribute any part of it.

Fair use of the site

What we commit to: We keep the site running and available in good faith, with reasonable protections against abuse.

What we ask of you: You do not use the site for anything unlawful, do not attempt to compromise it, do not transmit malware or spam, do not use bots or scrapers without permission, and do not impersonate anyone.

Warranties

What we commit to: We honor your statutory consumer rights under U.S. law in full.

What we ask of you: You accept that, beyond those statutory rights, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.

Liability

What we commit to: For any direct claim, we accept liability up to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

What we ask of you: You accept that we are not liable for indirect losses — lost profits, lost data, lost time, or hypothetical damages.

Termination

What we commit to: We do not restrict access without cause.

What we ask of you: You accept that access may end without notice if these Terms are breached.

Governing law

What we commit to: We comply with U.S. federal law and the laws of the state in which our business is registered.

What we ask of you: You accept that any legal action must be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts of that jurisdiction.

Updates

What we commit to: We publish revised Terms clearly, and note the effective date at the bottom of the document.

What we ask of you: You review the Terms periodically, and understand that continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the new version.
